check engine light flashing!?!?

on my 2006 H2 i upgraded to a K&N cold air intake had it on for about 2000 miles and now my check engine light started flushing. Went to a local mechanic and he hooked up the computer where he suggested that one of my catalytic converters is not performing correctly. First it showed something withe the mass air meter and then he noticed that the right side converter has a lower reading then the left side. Well i have about 40,000 miles on my truck and im not sure when i changed my plugs last. So you guys think that if i have bad plugs that would give me wrong reading on my catalytic's? please advise. Thanks

Yeah,i know well about it,its not your plug issue,its your light fault they tweak up because there is voltage across the battery and the light is not stable so a better option is to charge your batter and then check it.If it will not works so simply change the lights.
