Things to due when buying used H2 SUT

My dream truck is the SUT. Now next week it should come true. I'm buying a 2005 Black SUT with 78k for $20k from a private seller in my nieghborhood loaded with navi ,tv screens, sunroof, bed cover, and mickey thompson rims and tires. I have bad credit but putting down $10k. Is this a good price? in Houston it is. My truck I have now i bought new in 2001 (Z71 LT) with 12.5 mpg. What type of things do I need to do and worry about with H2's.

I know im going to flush radiator, oil change and tune up. But with 78k miles if they never changed the transmision and transfer case oil should i and will it hurt? Please give me any tips on buying used and common things to prevent with these trucks.
