Personal attacks are absolutely forbidden on the Forum.
That means no name calling, no posting pictures or links that are hostile, no hateful posts, etc ...
Comments need to be kept civil or they will be deleted and apapropriate action will be taken against the offending poster.
The Forum is supposed to be a fun and friendly place for H2R enthusiasts to hang around. Name calling and hostility directed at other members is contrary to that premise.
All judgments are to be made by the management of the forum. |
| Free Speech and Property Rights |
The question of censorship and rights to "free speech" comes up once in a while. We have rules here at H2fanatic to keep things civil and fun. For that reason complete "free speech" is not allowed.
We encourage lively debate and expressing your opinions. We do reserve the right to keep things within bounds.
The First Amendment gives each of us the right, within reason, to state our opinions.
The Forum's owner has the right to set the rules, terms and conditions for membership at H2fanatic.com
So, the exercise of "free speech" on the Forum cannot supercede the Forum's rules of behavior. There is no Constitutional right to be a Forum member. |
