2004 Bone Stock H2 Dyno Numbers HERE!!

Dear H2Fanatic.com Members,

We put our 2004 bone stock H2 on our 4WD Dynojet this morning and here are the numbers.

First Run: 154.86 total hp at all four wheels/234.74 total tq at all four wheels.

Second Run: 161.57 total hp at all four wheels/239.29 total tq at all four wheels.

Last Run: 171.52 total hp at all four wheels/251.46 total tq at all four wheels.

Even though the H2 is stock, it is running VERY lean throughout the RPM band on the air/fuel graph.

We will dyno tune it within the next week and release the new power numbers.

You now have real world dyno numbers that your H2 puts out more or less.

Just thought you guys would be interested!

I ALSO HAVE VIDEO OF ALL THREE DYNO RUNS, BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO POST THEM FOR YOU TO SEE. If someone emails me while I am here at work, I can email you the video files so we can get them posted.

Those are some sad, sad numbers... :cry

Interesting nonetheless though, thanks!

Have you put any performance toys on your H2? If so, any dyno results?

I knew the HP/torque numbers would be lame because of how my 03 preforms. All but a Yugo can smoke my butt light to light and freeway passing is also a joke, slam the gas peddle down and grab a bucket of chicken while you wait.

Ok, now I'm really confused. I've never dynoed a 4wd vehicle, so how do those numbers compare to a typical 2wd dyno number? If the "total" numbers are equivalent, then the H2 has a driveline loss of over 50%!!?? And if you compare those numbers to your new supercharger dyno numbers in the other post, then the blower increased hp & tq like 150%??. What's the deal and how do the numbers relate to each other?

Is there any more info available on why numbers would be so low for this truck? How much power does the system absorb on these?

Anyone? Bueller?
