Front dash monitor install question

I installed a 7" monitor on front dash.

I want to conceal wiring by removing or getting access
to panel that houses air vents.

Is it possible to remove or move enough to fish wiring
inside dash?

Just got down wiring a set of PIAA fog lamps, and ran the control switch underneath the left hand dash panel that covers the headlamps/rear wiper controls. Removed the two trim screws, pryed up slightly and tugged it out. It snaps into to tabs at the top only. The other panels should be similar.
