Any ideas on performance benefits from the complete package?

Might be time for Corsa's and headers.

I have done exhaust swaps before but never headers. How are is it to install these? I'm guessing w.o a high lift this could be difficult if not impossible to install.

Thanks.

The engine compartment is gives you alot of room to work so the installation isn't to bad. The manifolds are held on with 10mm bolts to are pretty easy to get to. I don't have any numbers for this system yet but I expect gains to be in the 25+hp range.

I'll let you guys know when these are ready to go!

Just had this system installed at LGM in Dallas this past weekend. Thanks to Louis and the custom fabrication he had to do on the standard 6.0L system to get it installed. He was at the shop until 11:30PM finishing it up as it was not just a simple bolt in install. After dropping the lower frame protection and removing the front tires and fender wells, he was finally able to get to everything and then make the custom fabricated connections to make it fit.

While we had the front skid plate off, we also added the Hothckis Sway Bars I had brought along. I had also installed the Predator tuning prior to the trip down from Minneapolis.

All I can say is DO IT!!! Unfortuantly we did not have the ability to dyno before or after for actual numbers as they do not have a 4WD dyno setup at their facility. The combination of the headers, Predator, and Hotchkis Sway Bars really wakes this thing up. In my opinion this is where this thing should have started out at from the factory. Acceleration is noticably faster, throttle response is instant, and towing (1800lb trailer with a 3200lb C5) is a breeze. Not to mention the increased handling from the larger sway bars from Hothckis.

Next up..

Hothkis lower trailing arms
S2 Throttle Body
Breathless Air Intake
Tweak tuning for richer A/F from header install
Bassani Dual Exhaust
