The General doesn't like to give incentives when they aren't needed. We've seen it on Corvettes for most of the C5 life cycle. I don't expect to see any incentives on the H2s until/if they aren't flying off the lots at a good pace.
A Hummer Dealer in NJ was advertising on TV that they were offering 0% on Hummers (exclusively). The caveat ... the ad was only on TV for two or three days (4/28 - 4/30), for Hummers delivered by 4/30. Maybe they were taking the hit on the cost of the program. I am not sure how many unit they had on their lot at the time.
The dealer you are talking about is James Hummer Outlet in Flemington NJ and Saturday they had about 30 in stock. Of course, I don't know how many of them were actually un-sold. Salesman told me that they had delivered 5 that day, I forget how many last month.
