I have a 2003 H-2. Can someone please tell me what the large black steel plate is called that runs from the rear plasic bumper underneath the truck. The two eyelets connect to it that you would would hook up to in order to pull another vehicle. Its starting to rust and I need a new one. Thank You in advanced.
