Hello. Installed a cold air intake on my 03 H2. Went on without too much problem but now the H2 doesnt seem to run as good. Definitely NOT more power. Does this vehicle need a programmer with such a small upgrade? It is good at part throttle but if you hammer it, it stumbles and surges or takes or for little bits. Idles smooth... Thanks!
