Take over my lease.
This is a 2003 H2 Pewter Adventure Package (no sunroof), XM Radio, factory double brush guard, factory running boards, Corsa Cat-Back with Dual Tips, and exterior Tire Rack with SMA cover. Third row bench is negotiable (seats 8 with bench).
Much to my chagrin we are contemplating the release of our H2. Now that our newborn is a month old we’ve come to the conclusion that a H2 is not equipped to deal with a family of seven. If the kids were all older it could work but three of the children are under 4. We’ve considered a 3rd car to leave the H2 for recreational use but U.S. Bank made my decision today. The bastards sent back a two month old payoff check because I did not include the proper prepayment penalty of $2,400.00. F them! They should call themselves French Bank and not U.S. Bank. Anyway, I know it was all disclosed in the contract but the excitement of owning a H2 must have made my mind a little mushy that day.
I leased (used car lease) the truck initially because I wasn’t completely sure my wife would like it (it was a surprise gift). My brother had success getting out of his Mercedes lease through leasetrader.com so I felt fairly safe. I bought it in May 2004.
I also bought a 5 year 75K miles bumper-to-bumper warranty that starts once the factory warranty runs out in 2K miles. The extended warranty cost me $2,770.00 and is backed by the dealer. This is completely transferable. Current monthly lease payment is $717.00 and the buy out is $15,000.00. You get 12K miles a year with a .18 charge for excess.
As an added bonus, if my wheel/tire combination does not sell before someone takes over this lease, then you’ll get the Lexani/Nitto set along with the stock set. This is a $5000.00 retail value. All maintenance is up to date and the truck needs nothing.
The interior and exterior is in excellent condition with no dings or scratches.
