: The French Grey Hummer H2
Pascal 04-30-2003, 03:06 PM Hello every body !
I am french and my english is not very good, but i am in love with H2
I find two H2 in France, and i'm looking to buy one " Grey with luxury pack"
The price in France is very expensive 96 0000 Euros
conversion egal approximately the same in USD
I am a little bit afraid to buy it because the gas is also expensive in France .... approx 1 USD per Liters
but i have to make my decision fast ! because 1 is already sold.
I like to know if the resell is easy ?
and if we dont loose to much money after 1 or 2 year with poor mileage ( 23000 miles)
Thank you for your help
i may be send you a picture soon from the first H2 on the French Riviera
:p Fre en ch H2
shelle 05-01-2003, 07:29 AM Hello Pascal. Between Nice and Cannes - nice place!
I doubt you will get much information on what you seek regarding resale value, as they were just introduced about 9 months ago. Also, everyone that has one seems to love it, so there probably won't be too many resales.
Perhaps when they introduce the H2 SUT, there will be some SUV owners that will trade for that.
Best of luck!

I actually just typed in the city name Montreal, and this is the closest dealer. The email address should get you a response on your original request. I have just added a Gobi rack to the top of my H2...The outside tire wasn't good for me, and keeping in the back definitely not desirable. Will post up some pictures soon.
Bon Chance!

H2 Daddy 06-08-2003, 10:12 AM Pascal, I mounted my tire on the back which I think also adds to the aggressive look of the H2.
The Hummer dealer I bought from wanted $2,000 for a tire carrier. I bought my for $800 on the internet.
I later found a carrier for $660 at the link below. This is the cheapest price I have seen so far.
http://www.theptking.com/eshop/productsByCategory.asp?intCatalogID=10007&strCatalog_NAME=Hummer
I will post some pictures soon.
