hey guys,
i just purchased a 2003 H2, immaculate condition, black. However, the rear drivers quarter panel has a BARElY noticeable flaw near where the panel meets the rear door. It looks like there was a dent and someone fixed it with a filler (a fist shaped circular looking flaw). However, I have closely examined the panel, even remove the weaterstripping and there is Absolutely no indication of a repaint or of the panel being re-cleared after a spot repair. I was wondering if the assembly of the vehicle from the factory would include any spot welds or reinforcements behind the fender that would cause this flaw. I can live with the flaw, I would just like to know if the vehicle has had any body work. Any input is greatly appreciated. Also, I just ordered a VIS racing carbon fiber front end for the truck, does anyone know of the quality and fit/finish of this product?
