You guys are going nuts with the new forums. I was just looking for and H2 forum the other day. If this is just a fraction as good as the corvettforum, then this will be the place to be.

I am not an owner yet, but hope to be soon :D

Hi, name is Randy and got my H2 3 months ago. Great SUV.
Had the chance to see some of the things it could do this past Sunday at a Hummer meet in Black Canyon City AZ. We did a trail crawl for a few hours and then an obsticle course. What an amazing truck. Anyway I will add to this board as I modify the H2.

Just joined up yesterday. The wife and I went over to a local dealership and checked out a Pewter H2. What an amazing piece of work! Even the wife loved it (and she very skeptical at first).

We are looking to buy a H2 now...

trying to get up the nerves to finally pull the trigger on the h2. like the pewter but may wait to see if a gun metal type grey is available for '04? anyone know of this or any other changes? thanks.

I have a Pewter H2......it was hard to decide at first, was going to go with a black one. But the Pewter one looked so much better. I am glad we chose the color we did. Hubby still wants a black one.........lol........someday maybe !!

Pewter was a good decision. I have a black Corvette. It looks beautiful but it takes a lot of work to keep it detailed. I imagine that keeping a black H2 detailed would be a full time job.

We're getting close to ordering ours. I can't decide for sure on the color. Even though I know better, I'm still tempted to get black. :)

Go with the black......hubby is still dead set on that color ! We just did a black one for one of our customers if you want to see the pic let me know.

I have posted a few times, but I wanted to post here and say what I thought about the site. I really like the format, I have been in many forum, and this is a very nice format. I thought it would be a bit more busy, but I am not too sure how new it is. After all the H2 is only a year old! :) so the forum can't be older then a year I would think. I do like the site very much thouh! :)

I know what you mean, its expensive to get this monster cleaned !!
We have done all kinds of stuff............depends on what you think is cool....:D

We went for all out chrome - (bumpers,side steps,hooks,brush guard,rocker guard,wheels,letters,and the mirror bases).............. custom painted the interior to match the paint............. put in a 15 1/2 " tv w/ DVD player...........X-Box set up.................6 1/2" screen/rear view mirror combo........color camera in the back.
We also put a custom hood scoop on and duel exhaust.

You name it we did it..........lol

Excellent format - easy to nav - couldn't ask for a better way to discuss all things Hummer! There's amazing technical knowledge here - alot of guru members willing to share.

Have said it before, but think a cool enhancement would be a 'real time window' - not to chat online for hours, we all have lives - just somewhere to post a quick "Hiya!" or question to another member who might be on at the time without having to wait a week for a return PM.

Just got my Yellow H2 and feel very excited about this one.....
Took a look at a whole pile of different trucks and this is the only one that really turned my crank.
From what I read,the owners seem pretty happy with them!
Anybode planning any national events to bring them together?
