Well I just had my H2 Broken into last night.

Upon entering my H2, I sensed that someone had been in my H2 because the seat setting was different from what I usually set my seat. Right away I noticed that the center console had been accessed because the CD’s were gone! (he threw them toward the rear of in the H2).

The thief had helped himself to a cellular phone & my sunglass case (no sunglasses inside). A grab and go situation. He will probably sell the phone for twenty dollars.

All GM trucks seem to be easily broken into with nothing but a screwdriver. My neighbor has had 2 of his Chevy pickups broken into the same way.

The H2 alarm is not good for much. An aftermarket alarm will always be better, not sure why the manufacturers don't produce "real" alarm systems into the vehicle.

Sorry about your loss. I have been broken into once and the feeling you have after the fact is sickening.

This serves more of warning to me, in that I put too much faith in the GM factory alarm. Fortuniately the damage is minimized to the plastic door handle insert. Once I get my new billet door handle inserts installed it off to the alarm shop! It will be better than new...
