I got an 04 H2 in pewter last weekend, however after using the navigation I realized its a piece of crap, you actually need to take the nav CD out and replace it with your music cd, it also has a difficult time reading my burned discs.

My question is, I have a HU(head unit) that is for playing DVD's and other cd's, I was wondering if I could re-locate the onstar unit and install the HU there. This would allow me to have a CD player in a convenient location and a clean installation. Are there any adapters available for auxillary inputs on the Bose unit or would I have to install an FM modulator?

And one more thing, I am not sure which model I have (sounds stupid huh? :yesnod ). Anyhow, I have the navigation, the chrome handles and mirrors, side steps, sunroof, I am guessing its a luxury model, however where the hell is the 6 cd changer? Maybe I don't know where it is?

If you have the NAV system, you don't have the 6 disc changer.

Have a look at http://www.soundgate.com/ for adapters to add one.
