If you are rolling down the road in Your H1, H2, or H3 and you see a fellow dirver do you wave? I always do, but have found that most do not here in Atlanta. Just wondering how it is in your area.

I certainly do, but only get a response half the time. Soccer moms aren't into comeraderie (sp?)

Where are you waving to H3's? :glol

...well to be fair, I haven't waved to H3's, I haven't seen one...but I would if I saw one.

Only a few Hummers in my area. Seems I just get a stare when I wave or flash my lights at them.

When I am in my Cobra or Vette, all I get is waves!

I always wave. I get about a 50/50 response.

I've found that most drivers I attempt to wave at are too busy trying to control their vehicles. :) I have flashed my lights/hazards with no response tho.

The ONLY wave I got came at a perfect time tho. I was on the highway, driving my new baby home from the dealer, when a sunset orange one comes up behind me, flashes, passes and waves, then takes off. Kinda a 'welcome to the club' wave. Loved it!!!

I am in a small town and only have 2 other H2's in town, so far we have been 100% on waves.

I wave when waved at... I use to wave all the time, but they wouldn't always wave back, in fact they would stare and drive off.. But seems that everyone is driving a Hummer these days in my area!

The kids always always wave, and the smiles are worth it!:thumbs

Might as well introduce myself, tee hee!

I drive a Black MINI Cooper S and us MINI folk wave to each other all the time.

We have a 1988 Trooper that has finally given up and I am seriously considering a Black H2 to go with or replace my MINI. The MINI is great for parking and does get lots of smiles, but I'm ready to command the road and get the respect I deserve in traffic.

If you see a new Black H2 motoring around LA with "MEGAclo" as the license plate, I'll be the cute mature lady smiling waving at you, tee hee.

I been reading here for awhile (but never felt like I needed to post nothing til now!) and I tried to let this just pass by but there are more and more of these showing up:
Do we need more socker moms and finger painters from LaLaLand comeing in here messing up our Chevys??
How many of these owners of Excuse-you Troops and mini Bummers ever even try to 4-wheel? - they spend all there time in Detail shops and not out getting dirty.
We need more talk about ground clearence and horsepower and how to tie a deer to the roof
and less about getting directions to the next jump-on-a-bandwagon cloan party at the corner fernbar. :banghead

Actually, I think we need to spend more time learning how to spell.

Wow, who pee'd in your punch? A lot of us off-road, and we often discuss off-roading, but personally I like waving at other Hummer owners and getting waved back too. What is really funny is that alot of folks get real excited and wave extra when you are drving down the road in an H2 covered in mud.

BTW, H2 owners don't wave back very often when I'm driving my Jeep :(

I always wave at other H2 owners...but don't always get a wave in return. I find that I get more men to wave back than women.

Now that I know to look for a short happy man in a red Jeep, I WILL wave back next time. ;)

I olny wave back to be kind. I had a zo6 corvette and always waved and I liked it, but I have mixed feelings about waving at H2's.

I have found the samething in Michigan when I lived there. I now live in Las Vegas and have noticed the a few people wave out here. Michigan just sucks so they all are probably are just miserable people. Anytime you Hummer owners see a fellow Hummer, show your support for the breed.....It's like nothing else!

Please stop the WAVE in NJ since I hate to be rude and not wave back. Way too many h2 around here to be waving at. But I will always wave back since I am kind :)

Hey now! I resemble that remark!
I have lived in Michigan all my life and yes in some areas of the state the people have stick up their butt, and I know they are like that.
I also know that most folks don't react in time to wave back because not enough people do it in a timely fashion. the majority of folks wave, even if they are not in a Hummer.
I really like the looks kids give you when you pull in somewhere, Taco Bell was a hoot , the kids were all packed in the drive through window asking questions.

I only wave to fellow wheelers.. not necessarily H1, H2, H3, for most of them here are soccerm mommys, grocery getters. The fact that they don't wave back...screw them. I wave to jeeps, range rovers, etc.... just because they wave back.

Perhaps it's because, some of us in Law Enforcement are Hummer owners also? :thumbs

Hi NOLEMON, maybe we have waved at each other!

I wave during the day and flash my lights at night. In my experience, H2 owners tend to reciprocate here in Vegas. I have only received a light-flash response once. I figure people don't react in time or wonder what the hell I'm doing flashing at them. =)
