I was hoping I could solicit some information/feedback from the list.

My H2 will be in lied of a pickup for work on the property, hauling, etc. As such I am imediately searching for a trailer. It would be extra special if the trailer was built and designed for offroad work to carry gear and equipment on a a true outing when its not busy hauling brush and wood in the woods -

A buddy recomneded a military M101A2 3/4 ton trailer with surge brakes - I'm striking out on net searches other than some pictures. It looks perfect - high sides for brush plus a frame and cover for valauables or dry items on the road.

I was hoping someone could assist and point me in the right direction for find one . I'm also very open to alternate suggestions, opinions, feedback etc.

I'm really looking forward to my dream truck with the trailer. I'm beggining to think it may do more for me than the good ole 4 "wheelin" pickup.

How is this for ya! :D

look here (http://www.silvereaglemfg.com/)

This one might need some work here (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2205355463&category=135) this is an ebay auction...but it might be worth it...seeing its only 91 bucks so far! :D

Thanks - would've commented sooner but just got back from MI (we're in MA) at 2:30AM this morning - drove back in our new sunset orange H2:D I found silver eagle a short time back and got an email reply re pricing. I'm thinking at >12K per trailer I can buy multiple surplus units if I can find them.
The link looks like a good choice but it doesn't appear to have the surge brakes - I'm guessing it would be fairly costly to start retorfitting axles and brakes etc regardless of the bargain factor in the trailer. I suppose I could be wrong on that account - but it is something that I've been cautioned against. It does tell me there are probably more models that are good alterenatives than I am aware of.
thanks for the help.

I just saw one for sale the other day, I will go back and get the number if it would help. It was the 5x8(approx. size) with pintle hitch. the same guy had a bunch of old army vehicles for sale.
