Any one found any lifter noise from these GM motors??

No lifter noise on my C5 but the Corsa's scream when I'm on it :cheers

The engine in the H2 is a variation of the LS1 albeit with an iron block I think :flag IMHO it is a good family of engines :thumbs

And I have bumped the rev limiter a few times :jester

I see there has been a bunch of concern on the 5.3 GM motor with noise, and I just wanted to make sure it was not being carried over with the 6.0. Man...I wish it was comming through with a choice of a Duramax too :)

I hope I haven't given you bad info since my only experience is with LS1's in my Vette, my neighbors and a bunch of other C5's :thumbs
All I know is that the tech who works on my Vette says that family of engines is pretty stout with minimal problems. I don't have an H2 yet so perhaps actual owners will have real-world comments.
