2004 changes

Although a ways off, I have seen some info leaked on changes to other GM models for 2004. Is there anything major in the works for the H2? I doubt it of course, since it is so new, and still selling like hot cakes, but there might be some new colors perhaps?

The addition of the SUT version is a pretty big announcement for 2004.

The SUT is a logical move. It has been popular in the H1s.

That is something that I would have to see to believe! It would certainly get some attention. :)

Did you "pink-i-fy" yours? Did you have it painted or do something else?

I would like to see a bright red. Fire engine red or so.

Does the SUT have a hard cover to lock things in the back?

I don't see one in the factory pics. I would expect that it will be available from the factory or from an aftermarket supplier.

There is that pesky issue of "where's the spare".

Good question. Sure does not look like there is any place reasonable to put it... Wonder if they are going to go with some sort of 'run flat" technology or the Z06 tire inflator deal...

I've heard you can also expect to see Satellite radio support and navigation option for 2004 model year.

no idea. GM does not sell a Nav system in any other vehicle that I am aware of so it's hard to say how it ties in, i.e. through OnStar Antenna.

Should be interesting. I know I have been considering a Nav system and a retrofit factory system would be nice and clean for sure.

I heard that they were working on a retro-fit Satellite headunit.
