We bought a basic H2 from Classic Hummer-Grapevine, Texas (mid June)- Great sales person (Hagen Durant). They have the new Hummer dealership (not a converted GM showroom) and tons of inventory.
After a test drive, I was not sure what color, so Hagen went out on the lot and brought up every color and parked them nose to tail. We selected the green, added floor mats and racks.
They discounted and made a no hassle finance deal. We put 500 miles on the first week and then went on a 2500 mile road trip. Every gas stop had people coming over to see the Hummer. We averaged 11.5 mpg on the trip.
Only problem encountered was the window wash pump failed- took a week to get a replacement. I hope XM or Sirus will be available soon without the aftermarket adapter.
By the way, where is the 9th speaker for the Bose system?
