These people really have a lot of time on their hands. Maybe they should set a H2 on fire and release more pollution into the air than 10,000 SUVs produce in 7 years of emissions (yes, that is from a true story of recent action by those that 'truly care' for the environment, per a recent Autoweek story).

Interesting....I just got back from a 5500 mile trip and averaged 13.5 mpg with all kinds of driving conditions!

To get "10 MPG", as is quoted throughout the article and the website, they must be towing a lot of the trees they so love to protect.
My H2 has gotten consistantly 11.9 MPG since I took deliever 5 months ago. And with almost 8,000 miles on it, and no supercharger or other improvements, mine must be one of the lower mpg's out there (Ok, so I am thinking of putting on a new airfilter...anyone recommend one for me?).
If I were to quote something, be it price, quantity, etc. to my customers, and be 20% off, I'd be out of business. Come on Sierra Club, I know you mean well, but don't "lie" about the facts.

Just over 1000 miles and already getting 13.7MPG with mostly city driving!
Thats almost as good as the 14.7-15MPG I was getting with our '98 Astro Van before.:party
with 5k miles on ours we average 10mpg..:(
I wonder if its true that the early h2s have power issues... we got ours exzactly a year ago...
I get 10.7 MPG @ 16K miles. I have no complaint.
We generally cruise freeway at 80-85MPH and we live in the mountains so everyday driving is constantly climbing hills and valleys. Buying a carton of milk involves going up and down 1000 feet in elev. and 100 twists and turns.
