Looks like Hummer is launching a lease program for H2's. Base and Luxury only.

Doesn't look all that attractive especially given the low finance rates for traditional financing.

I guess what it does say is inventory is building all over and deals should be had pretty easily.

James Hummer Outlet (Flemington, NJ) are advertising 0% 60 month financing or the $599 0 down deal.

The link posted above reflects NO special promotions.

With regard to the Hummer dealership in Flemington ... I think that deal is funded by the dealer itself (as they've done before), which will likely have an impact upon the actual sale price. I'm still waitin' for a Turbo-Diesel! :lurk

Steve.

The original post quoting the lease special was dated June 5th, 2003 and has since ended.

Not sure about the James Outlet offer. They advertise all the time on radio in Philadelphia as you probably are well aware. Guessing like you said they are covering the rate and charging a higher price point for the H2 to get that rate.

I got my H2 from James Hummer Outlet last week and saved about $8000.00 and nogiated my rate to 1.9 % not from GMAC but from Chase. Not as good as 0% but not bad at 1.9%, Also to add James is one of the largest dealerships for Hummer and they have to move them. Payments for 60 months.

I believe the mark-up on a new H2 is only about $2,500. I am guessing that there are incentive programs out there to be had. A Pennsylvania dealer recently told me that they had $4K in incentives. Hmmm ... has possibilities .... but still want a Turbo-Diesel. Decision, Decisions! :banghead
